SURVIVOR: Flags of Russian Subdivisions - BURYATIA IS THE SURVIVOR

After the Canada survivor I've decided to try this experimental survivor as a) it interests me, b) Russia has a lot of flags and c) a lot of them are excellent design. Below is the all subdivisions of Russia - Republics, Krais, Oblasts, Federal Cities, Autonomous Oblasts and Autonomous Okrugs. They are, for my own convenience tbh, listed not perfectly alphabetically but with Republics first, then Krais, then Oblasts and so on. This suits me as this is the way they order the flags Here. This is the easiest place to look at all the flags at once. Given that there are over 80, you'll probably need it. Unlike wikipedia, I have deliberately excluded the two Crimean subdivisions for reasons of basic political correctness. Pskov is also excluded as they have no flag. I don't know how much interest there would be in this but no harm in trying so....

In this round 5 flags will be excluded. Vote 5-4-3-2-1 in order of your preference with 5 being worth 5 'vote points' and 1 being 1 'vote point'. The 5 flags with highest 'vote points' at the end of this round will be eliminated.

Ok there's still a massive logjam in 5th place so here I will only eliminate the top four and in the next round we will eliminate six and each of the subdivisions who are in this logjam will start with a point disadvantage. I guess it also makes up for Pskov.

The three flags with the lowest vote points will be saved, with their length of exclusion being determined on their position. The minus votes and positive votes will be tallied up together.
