The CPC is subsequently granted complete legislative jurisdiction over the Midwest until a new legislature can be elected.

The CPC is given complete control over all military forces in the Midwest.

Scheduled elections for the Midwest Althing, renamed the "Volkskammer" by TNF, do not take place. Members of the Nat Turner Brigade are sent to occupy voting booths across the Midwest.
