Probably Romney.

Romney, but with very low turnout.

Why Romney? Such folks are usually younger, unmarried, and relatively irreligious.

They're overwhelmingly white and pretty "fratty".

My guess is the majority of this demographic did not vote.

Are you sure? Those things first became "a thing" sometime in the '90s so many of the guys who have them are now pushing or past 40. I see plenty of married-with-kids conservative, megachurch types with such tattoos, or with cross tattoos or Bible verse references, which is ironic given that the Bible specifically tells people not to tattoo their flesh.

I'm going to say Romney because the ones who'd be more predisposed to vote Democratic probably didn't vote at all.

Outside of Leviticus?   They probably eat pork as well.

Well, considering how seriously those types take the "omg don't do teh gay!" part of the Old Testament, it seems like it would be hypocritical for them to pick and choose.

The reason for the Leviticus prohibition on tattoos is because at the time the practice was almost exclusively associated with witchcraft.

Romney won white men, what, 65-35? Most of the guys with that tattoo are likely not in the Millennial generation too, which is more Democratic. I'm saying Romney cracked 70% with the tribal armband douchebag demographic.
