2. Assange (he seems like the least pleasant as an individual but he released way more critical information than Manning and it was through WikiLeaks that Manning was able to leek information to begin with)

I really don't see how you can rate Manning above Assange. He/she wouldn't have been able to leak info without WikiLeaks.
