While I originally had the inflation increase set quarterly, I agree that there would be too much hassle to make this possible.

Maybe we could look into a pilot program in the future to see what it would take to do it quarterly.

Yea yearly seems fine with me.  And I feel like the fact that one of the sponsors has come to feel this way regarding the bill adds weight to keeping the bill the way it is.
