Probably won't do anything of note thanks to the GOP legislature, but at the very least he might delay the inevitable education cuts/pension "reform" (read: gutting)/RTW.

Far and away the best incoming freshman governor. But, as Snowstalker mentioned, he'll have a pretty difficult time getting anything done.

This, and if he wins reelection, he could also veto another GOP gerrymander and finally allow Pennsylvania to get fair maps. But who knows...
