No (American) I'm not even close to fluency in German. I could probably hold a conversation with a 7 year old or order myself food at a restaurant, but I'd never be able to survive more than a day or two in Germany.

English and German are native languages. With a bit of refreshment, I could get back to near-fluency in French.

And I have limited knowledge in Polish now.

Anyway, I'm functional in Modern Standard Arabic but I'm yet to become fluent. I have basic understanding of Farsi.

As of English, I'm not sure whether I'm "fluent" (for example my grammar is hardly perfect).

Also, I had German in HS, but I remember very little of it now Sad

No, but proficient enough to get around Germany and Italy as a tourist or student. Hopefully I will become fluent in Italian by the end of this decade.

I'm quite proficient in Spanish. Even before I had substantial real-world experience with the language, I scored a 5 on the IB in HS (that was when IB maxed out at 5 and AP maxed out at 4). Living in a majority-Latino area helped me learn even more later on. To say I'm 100% fluent would definitely be a stretch, but I have no problem communicating in Spanish on virtually any subject.

Yes (Non-American)

German, English & un poco Italiano (a little bit Italian). My Italian was actually pretty good during high-school, but I did not talk it for the past 10 years and is now reduced to vacation-Italian. I guess it would become pretty good again if I'd take a refresher course.
