To those of you who know me, I haven't posted in quite a while.  I'm at American University currently (though I'm home for the holidays).  I suppose I've mostly shed my social awkwardness, but obviously I don't have a mirror.  I'm in a land full of liberals and leftists at long last, even if the "Ready5Hillary" craze is making me lose it a bit.  I suppose I'm socially a bit to the left of where I was when I left.  My economic orientation remains a combination of social democracy and cooperative socialism.  At any rate, I'm in a place where I feel like I belong.  Which is a first.  I kind of stopped posting here just because I was afraid that this would be too much of a distraction from...you know...people.  But I feel comfortable enough now to come back and post occasionally without it becoming a replacement for an actual social life.  So yeah.  Just...returning to check in.  And post again lol.  Hope you guys are doing well, and I'd love to hear from all of you on how are doing, recent developments, etc.  Anything crazy happen on the forum since I left?
