@R2: Well yeah, what do you expect when you shelter and don't weed out Rad-fems and TERFS that are reactionary to the frustration of the still pervasive gender roles and indeed very slow progress of mainstream feminism?
The comparison is apt, given that both SJWs and the Klan are sunken fringes that aren't really talked about much, it's not one of those useless Nazi comparisons that are abused.
You seem to think that "Rad-fems" are a notable portion of the feminist movement. Let me give you a hint: they're not. "Rad-fems" probably make up between 1 and 5% of those who identify as a feminist nowadays. When Beyonce made it clear that she is a feminist, she was attacked because people still make the connection between feminism and hatred of men. It doesn't exist in large numbers. Is it unfortunate that it exists at all? Yes. But it's also unfortunate that there are black people who genuinely want to execute all white people, yet that shouldn't detract from the plight of black equality. The focus should not be on the most radical members of the group, but rather on those who are level-headed and want to make a difference that positively impacts everyone.
And the comparison is not apt. Even if these so called "rad-fems" hate men, they're hardly going out and publicly lynching them for it. Anyone can be compared to the Klan in terms of being a fringe group. Hell, at its earliest incarnation, a comparison between the Tea Party and the Klan could have been made by that logic. But the fact is that you can't just compare people to the freaking Klan because they're a fringe group, because that's not the message you're sending.
