Yes, it was a embarrassing Cold War relic
This, although I think we need to pressure them to improve their human rights record.

Ending the embargo will do more to end the Cuban dictatorship than decades of pointless nonsense ever did.
Not to mention hasten the demise of the Castro brothers and their successor's regime. Communism on Cuba will only outlast Fidel by a few years at best.
