Simple question. These are all of the Governors of our state dating back to 1945. And just as a side note, the italics are Ohio Governors who only served a handful of days, and became OH-Gov simply by way of their predecessor's resignation.

Gilligan, easily. The Father of the Ohio income tax.

Looked them up because I really don't know much about Ohio governors and chose DiSalle because I have disdain for the death penalty and he was an ardent supporter of the Kennedy's.
