This proves that most people evaluate case by case as they should and formulate opinions based on evidence.  I thought that Ofc. Pantaleo should have been charged with, at minimum, involuntary manslaughter -- based on the fact that the headlock wasn't removed when Garner was obviously having difficulty breathing.

As for Michael Brown, we are now aware that "hands up" was a narrative that never happened, and it appears it was clear cut police work and self-defense.

Leaves me with some hope that despite race industry divisive rhetoric, majority of folks formulate opinions based on facts vs rhetoric
