I doubt they'll even hear the case. They only do if four justices decide they want to set a precedent.

If they do, then they'll uphold Colorado's law unanimously. The only possible dissent I can see is Alito, even the other conservative justices would have to violate some of their philosophies they've adhered to in the past to rule against Colorado. Alito is kind of a right-wing statist and the only one I can see prioritizing disliking pot over federalism.
