Rudy Giuliani is about the only one I can think of and he's in retirement anyway.

I checked up on Sheheen, our doubly failed Democratic gubernatorial candidate, but at least officially, he's still pro-life and anti-SSM, not that it helped him any.  He kept quieter than a church mouse on both issues.

I actually know two people who fit this description, but I don't know of any current politicians.

This is a very interesting question. Hopefully someone here knows of one.

Seems like black pols would be most likely to fit this bill. This map looks like its from last Congress, but Bennie Thompson, Sanford Bishop, Terri Sewell and Cedric Richmond aren't listed as supporting SSM. I'm pretty sure they'll all pro-choice.

Donna Mercado Kim, and sadly she's still Senate President.

Actually, a good few Hawaii politicians are Pro-Choice and Anti-SSM, given how they're stuck in 90's.

It's funny that just 2 1/2 years ago this was the presidents position and now we're wondering if any pol has this position. It's also funny to think how SSM failed in California as recently as 2008, when Obama was winning by a 24 point margin.

SSM failed in LA county while Obama got 70% of the vote. Today, I wonder if it'd win Orange county.
