Ultimately the nomination battle will come down to John Kasich, Scott Walker, and Mike Huckabee.

Chris Christie, Rand Paul, and Jeb Bush are imploding, and Marco Rubio is too much of a light-weight to be taken seriously as a presidential candidate -the only thing he has going for him is that he is a Latino from a swing state.  I could see him as someone's veep, however.

"A source close to Trump" says that he will make a "major" announcement at Trump Tower in Manhattan on June 16, and will then travel to New Hampshire the following day:

http://www.wmur.com/politics/donald-trump-to-make-major-announcement-in-nyc-on-june-16/33267186

Peter King said on Thursday that he'll "make a decision in the next month" on whether or not to run:

Webb was in South Carolina last weekend....for a very unusual campaign stop:

I find it amusing that Webb has been in an exploratory committee for like 8 months. Is he trying to set a record?

Yeah, when (and if) is he going to take the next step?  Granted he has no chance, but still.

As noted here:

https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=204564.msg4591309#msg4591309

he said on May 6th that he would make a decision "within a month".  So if he sticks to that, that gives him until the end of next week.

Graham has already said that he'll make an announcement on his 2016 plans on June 1st.  Well, he's just announced that he's retiring from the Air Force Reserve, effective June 1st:

http://www.politico.com/story/2015/05/graham-to-exit-air-force-reserves-118360.html?hp=b1_l2

That makes it sound like Graham is going to run.  However, should be noted that he was already due to retire in July (because of turning 60), so this only accelerates that timeline a little.

He's only 60?  Seems like he's been around forever...

Virginia seems like a random place for him to announce. I would have figured he'd do it in RI or maybe NH/IA.

It's actually perfect because it's as random as him announcing his bid to begin with.

Clearly she has a thing for that sexy mofo O'Malley. The Irish swagger always prevails.

Why wouldn't she back Sanders? Ideologically it's a no brainer.

But politically it would be a horrible move. She'll either endorse Hillary or nobody.

If Bush does not run, it will be the biggest surprise since Roberts winning by 11 in 2014.

To me it seems pretty obvious that he is going to run, he scared Romney away from running and he all but announced he was running

At a certain point this "If I run *nudge nudge, wink wink*" game starts to become a little bit insulting.

The media constantly bitched about Hillary doing that, but lo and behold they're letting Jeb get away with it into the summer...
