Trump says he won't do the Iowa straw poll if (almost) everyone else backs out. Also sounds like a candidate throughout this transcribed interview:

I love the line about Romney.

The Draft Warren movement will suspend its efforts to draft Warren:

I probably count as a true leftist, but that statement doesn't make sense. Plus, Bernie has been talking about it long before Warren.

Ehrlich cancels a planned speaking engagement at the Grafton County (NH) Republican Committee dinner this Friday night.  Both he and Kasich were meant to speak, but now it'll just be Kasich:

http://www.dispatch.com/content/blogs/the-daily-briefing/2015/06/02062015---kasich-not-sharing-spaghetti.html

The explanation is odd:

This doesn't sound like someone scrambling to qualify for debate inclusion.  Is Ehrlich getting ready to bow out of the race?  I don't see any other upcoming NH visits listed for him on the candidate tracking sites.  On the flip side, the Bob Ehrlich 2016 Twitter account remains quite active:

Apparently, about a week ago (when it was still May), Christie suggested that he'd make a 2016 announcement "next month", which now means this month:

Jindal's announcing his decision on June 24th.

Christie was in South Carolina for two days this week:

link

During the trip, he again said that he'd decide on whether or not to run "this month":

http://www.nytimes.com/aponline/2015/06/03/us/ap-us-gop-2016-christie-south-carolina.html?_r=0

In other news, didn't Chafee just announce his candidacy at George Mason University?  Well, Webb will also be speaking at GMU on Thursday morning:

http://patch.com/virginia/fallschurch/former-us-sen-jim-webb-give-foreign-policy-speech-gmu

I suppose it would be too much to ask for him to announce his candidacy at this event?

It's been nearly a month since Webb said that an announcement was about a month away.  Well, yesterday on Hardball (skip to the last minute of the segment):

link

Chris Matthews asked Webb when he'd be announcing, and Webb just said "soon".  Matthews pressed him on whether it would be this month, and Webb dodged the question.  So any movement of Webb towards an announcement seems to going in reverse, when compared to his earlier statements.

Did I read correctly somewhere that Rick Perry just announced?  I could've sworn he was already in the race?

The only thing Webb is methodically doing is contemplating how to be the most irrelevant he can be.

OK, then updated list of upcoming announcements:

June 15th: Bush
June 16th: Trump
June 24th: Jindal

The less specific:

Christie, Kasich, and King: probably by about the end of June
Walker: after Wisconsin's annual budget is resolved, which should happen at end of June
Webb: had previously said early June; has now walked that back to "some time soon"
Biden: late this summer
Ehrlich, Gilmore, and Palin: no idea....none of them seem to be in any rush to make a decision

They're right. Warren became the leading voice on these issues, creating a lot of buzz about her getting in and there being money and volunteers waiting for her if she does. Hillary, eager to avoid, invites Warren to a private meeting presumably to assure her she would push her issues so Warren wouldn't have to run. Hillary does in fact run pushing Warren's issues and co-opting a lot of her rhetoric.  Sorry dude but that is a success for the Draft Warren people.

It's really impossible to know if Clinton would have focused on income inequality anyway though. I suspect she would have.
