Well if the First World War really was all part of a secret plan of those dastardly Je... Bankers then it backfired pretty badly didn't it? Because the world was a palpably less globalised and less prosperous place after 1918 than it was before 1914. Then you have to consider the amount of economic damage the war ended up causing to some of the main centres of the various financial industries (London for instance) and issues like the loss of money on French war bonds, I have to question what on earth you think you're talking about.

That might be his purpose but he's never been particularly good at it.

The impulse to physically destroy the past utterly is usually linked to the impulse to murder all who do not fit in: the systematic destruction of ancient sites by ISIS and their dreams of genocide are part of the same terrifying package. Year Zero is a terrible terrible thing to see declared and you should be very worried whenever it happens.

No, killing fascists is not a crime.
Every civilian of an axis country, of course, being a fascist.
If one is not actively opposing fascism then one deserve death the same as any war criminal.

That whole thread presents quite the display of ignorance actually.

Don't be weird. There was nothing obviously ironic about the comments and he has expressed similar views about Mizrahi Jews (and other - non Jewish - Middle Eastern ethnicities that he doesn't like much) before.

"Isn't there a saying that what you don't know makes you stronger?"

"No"
