In addition, vote to save one country from the main list, which will also be safe until Round 6.

Kosovo is safe until Round 6. Abkhazia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Transnistria, and South Ossetia are eliminated.

Albania - 2
Montenegro - 1
Russia - 1

Albania is safe until Round 6.

ROUND 2: Vote to eliminate 5 countries in a 5-4-3-2-1 vote formation. The top 3 countries with the most votes will be eliminated (trying out new voting schemes)
