It will be looked at as breakthough in glass ceiling but a status quo election since Clinton is very much a trade partner to China as most countries are.

Probably kind of meh. Many countries have had an elected female leader, such as the UK, France, Germany, Canada, India, Brazil, Argentina, and so on, and aren't going to be impressed by that.

Oh, at least the Austrian media pretty much likes Hillary; and I guess, as has been said, that they will be glad it's not the Republican who's been elected. So quite positive, I'd say.
