This is not the man that you endorse just for the other party to fail.

I agree.  I can understand the "he will turn the Republicans into a joke, and it will benefit the Democrats in the long-run" rationale, but politics are not a joke, and all that would be accomplished by such a move would be to legitimize his insane beliefs.

Oh I agree, I guess what I meant to say is that it shouldn't be a joke since the decisions made by elected officials affect our lives directly in more ways than we can imagine
