Perhaps because he is a meanspirited miserable curmudgeon who likes to arbitrarily ban people he doesn't like. For example his calling for banning me the moment I returned, despite the many olive branches I've extended to both him and his fellow Irish curmudgeon Oakvale to try to peacefully resolve whatever conflict there was between us which I had no desire to engage in. This has extended to Gully attacking Badger as moderator merely because Badger had the wisdom, experience, and insight to know that judging me in perpetuity for things I said 5 years ago at age 18 was unfair and that at the very least I deserved a chance for forgiveness and a second chance.

So I'd say being prejudiced and meanspirited and unable to tolerate people who disagree with him on anything are reasons to dislike him, although personally I don't dislike him, I merely find his inability to listen to reason, and instead load his posts filled with negativity and irrational vitriol, make him a net negative contributor to the Atlas Forum.

In addition, your definition of stalking seems pretty wide. People have had their full names revealed on here which is much beyond anything Gully did.
