...I had no idea the Steppies would come up that well! May I ask how many ships and men I briefly had before the battle...?!

81, if memory serves right. 4 dromonds, 40 Volantene galleys, 15 Pentoshi ships from Aegon (some of the ships returned home) and 22 or so pirate ships.

Someday, Dragonstone will be safe. It's got to happen eventually, right? Right?

Well, it's still safer than during the Dance of the Dragons, xD

Noted! I'll add the men and resources once I start turn Ten.

Great!

I just wondered if there was a turn limit on this game? I hope not, but I was a bit alarmed by the phrase 'last phase of the war'! I feel we have a lot of fun to be exploited yet...

Oh, no, no turn limit at all. I said that because most of the claimants to the throne are dead and the longest game I hosted got to turn ten, but we will go on until the story is finished, xD

Side note: Somewhat ironically, we have reached a point in which most of the original players are dead, save for Stannis (the only with the same player), Tyrion and Doran.

I'm working on POV's now, but they won't be ready today. Counting the one I plan to ask Badgate about, we should see Sansa Stark, Shireen Baratheon or Davos Seaworth and Victarion or Euron Greyjoy, at least considering what I have in mind.

Isn't Euron dead?

Haha, I've only been doing one of them. Last turn was a special thing since the events that needed to be conveyed couldn't fit into just one POV

Incidentally I have been helping cut down on the writing to help keep our turns moving relatively quickly, but if it's a big deal I suppose I can stop and have Lumine do them all again...I do enjoy writing them though

Actually, that might be a nice strategy... You see, I have a major exam on Medieval History next week, forcing me to read hundreds and hundres of pages about the fall of the Roman Empire. I love the subject, but it does take a lot of time.

I'll message Dkrol, Garlan and Badgate to task them with this turn POV's, and we'll see how that work.

And yes, I meant Aeron, Euron is dead and I can confirm he won't be coming back, xD

Okay, all three have accepted and we should see the POV's soon. If they arrive between today and tomorrow then this turns ends and the next one starts on Thursday, if they take a bit longer, then it's on Friday.

And we will have another challenge for the upcoming turn, probably a song ("The Mad Queen" looks tempting).

Well, all POV's are in, so Friday night unless a player asks for a 24 hour extension.
