I agree that we need alternative energy, but suffocating people's wallets isn't the ideal way to go about it

Yeah I filled up at $1.74 a gallon yesterday. I could have been paying $1.73 a gallon if we built this pipeline.

Yeah I filled up at $1.74 a gallon yesterday. I could have been paying $1.73 a gallon if we built this pipeline.
I think the more accurate price is about 1.7399

The Keystone XL is now a negative jobs program. It will ensure thousands of layoffs and wrecked small town economies across the American oil patch in the name of Canadian shale.

But it's worth it to create 35 jobs
Keystone XL is meaningless at this point but the "35 permanent jobs" talking point is dumb. By that logic no construction project creates jobs.
