Sounds like that 18 year old who turned himself in has been released without charge:

...which makes ChairmanSanchez even more of an idiot.

Calm down. It's called emotion, perhaps you have some?

We all have, but we express it in different ways. You seem to have a tendency to express it through desires for violence, and I believe that's quite unhealthy (you're far from the only one, of course).

Amusing fact: the press is reporting that Hollande had asked Netanyahu to stay in Israel because he didn't want this day to be overshadowded by the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Netanyahu insistence on attending prompted the French authorities to invite Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian Authority leader, as a counterweight, reported the liberal Israeli newspaper Haaretz.

That cartoon is so obnoxious. The issue here is the the funding, and propagation of a violent political movement by the Saudi royal family and the ayatollahs of Iran -- and its appeal to certain dispossessed young people in Europe.

They should know how to pick their targets. What would Muhammad know or care about any of that?

Haha, excellent. Cheesy I really hope Wednesday's issue sells well, and allows the paper a fresh start. They were on the verge of bankruptcy when the attack happened. It would be a nice f**k you to terrorists if they actually ended up resurrecting it (though obviously it will never be the same without Charb and Cabu Cry).

Won't do them any good financially, I think they announced than all profits from that one would go to the families of the victims.

Also heard on the radio they won't print 1 million as planned but 3 millions due to huge demand and be translated in 16 languages. Usually they print 50000.

Why do you think it's obnoxious? Some people thought that there was a 'war' between the journal and Islam. It's good that they remind them, with this drawing, that it's not the case.

I mean, being obnoxious is the purpose of Charlie Hebdo, but this particular cover may be the only one in their existence that is not obnoxious.

They have to reprint the last Charlie Hebdo one more time... 7 millions, while usually they only print 60 000 copies.

Amazing.

Not unexpected.  Buying a copy is a cheap way of expressing one is against terrorism, even tho it doesn't do anything about it.  Still, I think the owner(s) would rather not have received this particular windfall.

I had heard they would pulibsh it in as many as 16 languages, but I really don't know if it's been done, and where one can find these copies.

Woah, that's a pretty good song from Andreas Rebers:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N_9-eP5GHe0

From Dieter Nuhr's "Satire Summit" a few days ago. Nuhr is a major German comedian who often invites fellow comedians to his "Satire Summit". This was the first "summit" after the attacks and Mohammed and radical Islamists got their fair trashing, along with the Neo-Nazis and Pegida people.
