I doubt the DA will actually charge her.

That being said, she shouldn't run for re-election.

Question for Phil and other Pennsylvanians: how long would it take for the Leg to impeach her?

Considering he hasn't posted in 5 months, I don't know why you would ask him, but as long as such matters usually take.

There would have to be articles of impeachment introduced in the House, and if voted on and approved, it would go to the Senate for a trial, with a guilty verdict needing a 2/3rds majority (which I doubt they would get).

Her being impeached is highly unlikely.
