My opinion:
Investment bankers of course.
Although I actually have an overall positive opinion of Cuomo (did I just ruin my reputation on this forum by admitting that? Tongue)

Cuomo at least has a decent social policy, and seems to be driven by a legitimate belief that he is helping people. Investment bankers, on the other hand...
