Probably just a tablet.  The detachable keyboard is an accessory to add functionality to the tablet.

I just purchased such a unit by Acer. The keyboard is not detachable but does swivel 360o to make the unit function as a tablet. The computing features are comparable with a lightweight laptop. It was sold as a 2 in 1 so that's how I voted.
