Pretty straightforward - when a recent amendment was passed setting the number of Assemblymen to five, the last sentence was accidentally struck.

I urge the Assembly to quickly pass this - I'll take any questions if you have them.

I think this amendment is fine and makes perfect sense, I would second a call to vote on this soon.
