1. Cinderella
2. Belle
3. Aurora
4. Tiana
5. Ariel
6. Snow White
7. Jasmine
8. Anna (I haven't seen Frozen but I like her character design)
9. Rapunzel (see Anna)

First, Mulan and Pocahontas are not princesses, and therefore do not belong on this list.  Pocahontas was a matriarch, and even if her father was a chief he was not "royalty" in the traditional sense.  Mulan was simply a national heroine; although her father was respected, he was not the emperor.  It drives me insane when these two labeled as "Disney princesses."
Nala isn't either, because she was neither Mufasa nor Simba's daughter, and even if she had been, she wasn't human.  I kinda wish that she and Maid Marian (from Robin Hood) got included.

And BTW, why isn't this in Off-Topic?

Anyway, Snow White is dated and has an annoying voice (and no personality)
Disney classics are never dated.  But I agree that her voice is annoying.

Belle: Belle is probably the smartest, but she chose the wrong man. The Beast was hella ugly.
That's the point of the film.  Would you rather she married the supreme jerk Gaston because he was handsome?

Anna without a doubt would have to be my favorite of them.

High quality film.

Why do people like Anna? Her sole reason for existing is so that Elsa will not be the main character.

Her character's personality is much more interesting and unique than most of the other princesses.

I explained in my post that the Beast was mean to her as well, and that she should have married the bookkeeper.

This isn't even the correct list, but it's got Mulan on it so Mulan.

Mufasa is Nala's father.
Simba's daughter also gets with Scar's son.
They're lions.

This hasn't been moved yet? Is no one minding the store here?

Hard to say because I have not seen most of these films. The ones I have seen or seen portions of are Aladdin (and then more of the series then the film), The Little Mermaid (series more so then the film once again and more so with this one then Aladdin, it was a case of default channel [my TV is always on and that was case a decade ago] being Toon Disney for a while thanks to Gargoyles), The Black Cauldron (But I forgot most of it, the same applies to both Snow White and Cinderella). The one I saw and remembered most of it mainly because of its time period setting combined with a supernatural backdrop and period and/or steampunk tech, would of course be Alantis therefore I am probably biased for Kita who is not even in the poll.

How?  Mulan's father was not the emperor, and although she may have shown some interest in the captain, he was not the emperor's son.  As for Pocahontas, her father may have been a chief, but he was not "royalty" except by European standards.  I get the feeling that people genericize "Disney princess" to mean any Disney heroine or female character.
