I'd vote for Casey (DUH!) and he'd win easily:

Although I probably disagree on Lousianna.

My guess (being but hopeful with WA's new growth rate predictions):

Casey 335
Santorum 203

Bob Casey is a Democrat who seeks to oppose Senator Santorum in the next PA Senate election.

Why? Bush won Virginia by 8 and West Virginia by 13. Populist as he may be, I do not think Casey would be able to appeal that will in West Virginia, although I think it would be very close. Casey, on the other hand, would do well in Fairfax County, Virginia, and also bring out the populist vote that is crucial for any Democrat wanting to win Virginia.

Louisiana is basically a populist state. Pro-life Democrats are very common there. Casey would be a great fit, that's why I gave it to him.

Casey would definitely take Louisiana, and also Ohio.

Casey would not take VA. Everything else is reasonable.

Oops, OH was meant to be Casey on my map. I disagree with LA, though.
