I just have a question.
When Oakvale was Pacific Manager, it didn't violate this part of the constitution???

Well, yes, you didn't have absolute power? And that wasn't a federal law???

The powers entirely derived from the (terribly written, which is why it was possible) Pacific Constitution, not the federal one. The majority of my time as crisis manager was spent in a simple oversight role - the state of emergency per se only lasted a couple of weeks.

If we make it easier to do everything for them on our end, what is to stop us from doing just that? And what will be left for them to do once all is said and done?

The point of this amendment is to resolve issues with the jurisdiction of the federal government as far as policy making matters are concerned.

Which issues, and when did they cause problems in the past? Maybe you could give me one or two examples of points that illustrate your points?

The resolution seems to take the form of allowing us to essentially dictate 100% of their own policies to them simply by requiring them to do X. I found it annoying last year with healthcare, but I saw and still see clearly just why it is there.

I don't think this amendment is necessary. The federal government can still establish its own programs in the regions and administer these programs itself (or provide the opportunity for the regions to buy in). Forcing the regional governments to take action on one thing or another isn't needed and does sort of eliminate the purpose of playable regional governments in the first place.

I will also mention that I am very willing in my role as Secretary of the Interior to help get the regions on board with whatever initiatives the senate passes.

I agree with Secretary Hagrid. This amendment is unnecessary and I will not support it.

I fail to see any possible positive impacts from this bill that were so badly needed in the past, and if you count my motive that people in the regions should have some proper things to do, not just talking about legalizing I don't know what, then yes, I guess you can call me a Regionalist, too.
