Labour:

Attlee - Definite FF
Gaitskell - Definite FF
Wilson - Everything I've read about him makes me say HP, even if he was a good PM
Callaghan - Seemed like a FF
Foot - I might have joined the SDP because I disagreed with his politics, but Michael Foot was a true FF
Kinnock - Lean FF. Never heard anything bad about him personally
Smith - Definitely FF from all I've seen
Blair - Probably biggest HP ever to lead the Labour Party.
Brown - I lean FF
Miliband - He seems genuine and he gets way more sh**t than he deserves over his mannerisms. FF

Conservatives:

Churchill - FF, even if in some cases he would behave like an HP.
Eden - HP, seemed arrogant and conceited.
Macmillan - Seemed like a FF to me.
Douglas-Home - FF. I can't see he did anything horrible.
Heath - FF, even if he seemed pompous and arrogant, because he sacked Enoch Powell and became more liberal as he went along.
Thatcher - Horrible. HP. I can't find anything good to say about her either as PM or personally.
Major - I say FF, because I honestly feel bad for the kind of backbenchers he had to deal with, especially later in his term.
Hague - HP, especially for that stupid stunt he tried pulling on his last day as an MP
Duncan-Smith - Seems HP.
Howard - Definitely HP
Cameron - Mostly HP. Standing up in favor of marriage equality as a Tory was very hard and he definitely is right about UKIP, but he's such a jagoff to people. I can't say FF on someone who treats people that poorly.
