Attlee was sort of rubbish and most of the creations of that era that he get's credit for were instigated by far more brilliant minds in the party at that time, but he's 'deified' by Labour so he gets 'FF' from many people out of expectation.

Labour:

Attlee - HP
Gaitskell - HP
Wilson - FF
Callaghan - HP
Foot - HP
Kinnock - HP
Smith - FF (peace be upon him)
Blair - Tanned HP
Brown - HP
Miliband - UH...

Conservatives:

Churchill - HP (post war)
Eden - Idiot
Macmillan - FF
Douglas-Home - meh
Heath - meh
Thatcher - FF because she gets more attention and sh-t than she deserves
Major - FF
Hague - HP
Duncan-Smith - HP
Howard - FF
Cameron - FF

And because it's only fair.

Liberals/Alliance/Lib Dems

Davies - meh
Grimond - FF
Thorpe - Beyond massive HP
Steel - FF
Jenkins - HP
Owen - HP
Maclennan - HP
Ashdown - HP
Kennedy - Tired and emotional
Campbell - HP
Clegg - FF (screw you all)
