Junk poll! Actual scientific polls never have "other" getting more than 1-3%. Toss it in the garbage.
That's of course correct. The election will not have 15% for an "other" candidate (unless a really strong 3rd party candidate emerges).
But it's an indicator that many people will stay home and not vote at all, if the matchup is Hillary vs. Bush (especially many Independents will stay home).
I just see it as an indicator that YouGov is terrible. CNN polled all adults and "other" got 1%. FOX and Quinnipiac polled RVs and "other" got 1% and 3% respectively, so an adults/RV difference can't be the explanation. Selzer got a result somewhat similar to this, but they grouped together "other" with "won't vote", so it's not directly comparable. According to them, there's not a major difference between Hillary vs. Jeb and Hillary vs. other Republicans in this total, so I'm going to have to dispute your point that the high other total is any sort of "dynasty backlash", at least until we see evidence from a decent pollster to support it.
