The state of Illinois is already destroyed in terms of its economy. I'm optimistic about Rauner, but no matter what sort of governor he is, he surely can't be worse than Quinn, who was without a doubt the worst democratic governor in the country.

Anyways, this makes Quinn even more of an HP than he already was.
