I assumed this was about Feinstein possibly retiring, and was wondering why Harris was listed again, since she's the frontrunner in 2016.

The appeal of Harris to Atlas Democrats is hilarious, considering Atlas Democrats almost never unite on a candidate in the primary.

2016 was R v. R? Or maybe Chiang or Tauscher or someone not seen as likely to run or as a favorite now ended up winning 2016.
