I'm filing a lawsuit against Speaker bore.
By a vote of 6-0-1 this amendment has passed the senate and is sent to the regions for ratification

Aye: Bore, Cranberry, TNF, Lief, Cris, Windjammer,

Abstain: Yankee

Not Voting: Polnut, Bacon King, SWE
Speaker bore certified this constitutional as having passed the senate. However, according to the constitution (Article VII Section 1 clause 1):

Right now, there are 10 senators, so it needed 7 Ayes in order to pass. It didn't (only 6), that's why I believe Speaker bore was wrong when he certified this amendment passed the senator, because it failed.

Best regards,
Senator Windjammer

Have you contacted the Speaker about this? Unless he were to contest your interpretation this doesn't seem like a matter best resolved by the Court.
He contests Associate Justice oakvale

Tongue

Just to be clear, I don't reproach Bore anything, I believe he's doing a good job as Speaker, I just believe his interpretation on this matter is wrong. I understand that this is a matter that can be interpreted by different ways and I will respect the decision of the court whatever it is.

I would appreciate that this could have been handled in a better fashion. Namely, contacting Senator Bore directly, rather than running to the Court.

I contacted bore directly about that before suing him, bore can confirm.
