Title says it all, describe a person who turned 18 in 1980, registered to vote and voted the following way.

1980: Carter
1984: Mondale
1988: Dukukis
1992: Bush
1996: Dole
2000: Gore
2004: Kerry
2008: McCain
2012: Romney

It might be more plausible if we included third party candidates. For instance

1980: Anderson
1984: Mondale
1988: Dukakis
1992: Perot
1996: Perot
2000: Gore
2004: Kerry
2008: McCain
2012: Romney

Massachusetts Jewish man with fiscally conservative but socially liberal leanings who disliked Reagan's "New Right" tendencies". Also voted for favourite son Dukakis in 1988 and supported Perot both times out of support for a balanced budget and opposition to NAFTA. Naturally opposed a strong social conservative like Bush but turned Republican in 2008 out of a perceived lack of commitment to Israel by Obama.

The only viable answer would be a person who consistently votes for third-party candidates.

My guess, is an independent who liked a maverick and a more honsest, thruthful option.
That could, in my opinion work for all the elections except 2012.
