Perfect candidate?  Thanks.  You'd actually probably like my rather strong interpretations of Constitutional civil liberties.  I'm unsure if I'd confirm you though, heh.

Anyway, here's mine.  All is assuming a knowledge of law.  There are only one or two members with enough legal knowledge to be a decent judge as we all stand right now.

1-Philip - Radically interprets the parts of the Constitution that he likes.  Everything is Unconstitutional - eh, need some stability.
2-BRTD - Unsure, I think there's something you'd be willing to do as a judge that'd concern me.
3-John Dibble Yes
4-opebo - Whims, nah.
5-Lunar Sure
6-jfern - Nah
7-bandit - Good God no.
8-Flyers Yes
9-Keystone Phil Yes
10-StatesRights (Sorry, you think parts of the Constitution are Unconstitutional and hunger for a confederacy instead of a republic from what I can see)
11-Jake Yes
12-Al Yes
13-migrendel Yes
14-nclib - Unsure.
15-nickshepDEM Yes
16-Sam Spade Yes
17-Harry Yes
18-Ebowed Yes
19-John Ford Yes
20-John Engle Unsure
21-WMS Yes
22-Lewis Trondheim Yes
23-KEmperor Yes
24-Bob Yes
25-angus Yes
26-Nym Yes
27-Ernest Yes
28-Peter Bell Yes
29-Mike Naso - Nope
30-phknrocket1k - Nope

These answers are for Federal District Court only.  I will probably comment on a few people that I would be willing to put at different levels as well.  I am also assuming that this is after some training in the law for these people.

1-Philip  - Yes, but not for an appelate level position.
2-BRTD  - No.  Has shown he would gladly ignore the law in favor he personally supports and would ignore laws allowing things he does not.  Seems to be maturing out of this world view.  Get back to me in 6 months and it may be a yes, though his blind partisanship at times might keep him in the No area.
3-John Dibble  - Yes, for any level
4-opebo  - Yeah, right.  No way.
5-Lunar  - Yes
6-jfern  - No.
7-bandit  - No
8-Flyers  - No
9-Keystone Phil  No
10-StatesRights  No.  Not of a judicial mindset to me.
11-Jake  - No
12-Al  - Yes.
13-migrendel  - no
14-nclib  - Maybe.  I imagine a lot of rulings saying "I urge Congress to take up this issue" but very little ligislating from the bench.  Could convince me in a hearing to support him
15-nickshepDEM  - Yeah
16-Sam Spade  - Yep
17-Harry  - Yes
18-Ebowed  - Yes, at any level
19-John Ford  -  Yes, at any level
20-John Engle - Nope
21-WMS  - Yes
22-Lewis Trondheim  - Yes, but could lose me in a hearing
23-KEmperor  - Yes
24-Bob  - Yes, at any level
25-angus  - No
26-Nym  - Yes
27-Ernest  - Toss up.  Would decide in hearing
28-Peter Bell  - Yep
29-Mike Naso  - No
30-phknrocket1k  - No

I'd vote to confirm any of those people except BRTD (speaks favorably of FDR court stacking plan, thinks strip clubs are protected by the first amendment), opebo (everything he likes is supposedly protected by the federal constitution), Jake (is an asshole who didn't vote to confirm me), jfern (would constantly rule Republicans stole elections), and bandit (I really don't want to hear about activist courts demanding infinite recounts in Kentucky).

Dude, it pained me to put that in writing, but I had to be honest.  While I agree with some of your views, I think your interpretation of certain key issues is a bit extreme.

1-Philip - I probably would, though I would only ever confirm one of him.
2-BRTD - Doubt it
3-John Dibble - Yes
4-opebo - Doubt it
5-Lunar - Dont really know him
6-jfern - Doubt it
7-bandit - no - too insane
8-Flyers - Dunno really. I can't imagine him in a judicial context.
9-Keystone Phil - Yes - though I would disagree with him a lot, from what I've seen, he's fair to the text
10-StatesRights - no - extreme interpretation of the text
11-Jake - no - extreme interpretation of the text
12-Al - yes
13-migrendel - difficult - though I disagree with him on a lot, he's brilliant, though his interpretation is pushing extreme.
14-nclib - yes
15-nickshepDEM - yes
16-Sam Spade - yes
17-Harry - no. See Alcee Hastings
18-Ebowed - Yes, though I'd have fun with the mother's right to life in confirmation
19-John Ford - Yes, though I'd have fun in confirmation with Griswold
22-Lewis Trondheim - Difficult - I worry he could go ultra-extreme on general welfare
23-KEmperor - Probably
24-Bob - dunno him really
25-angus - dunno him really
26-Nym - yes
27-Ernest - Of course. I'd probably attack those who wouldn't.
28-Peter Bell - God no. This sodomizing f****t should never be allowed near a courtroom.
29-Mike Naso - no. He can barely read a newspaper let alone a constitutional text.
30-phknrocket1k - doubt it

I would have to think about specifics a bit more, though I am inclined to support most of these people. One thing any judiciary requires is ideological diversity. However, I could not support any judge whose interpretation is based on totally illegitimate principles, and some of these people doubtlessly fall into the category.
