Revising my list as it's been three months.

-Philip - Still No, Extreme interpretation of the Constitution on many issues.
-BRTD - Too willing to support his beliefs over the law. 9th Circuit here we come.
-John Dibble - Yes, though he may lose me in a hearing.
-opebo - No. Anyone who supports child molestation and genocide based on religious grounds is not judicial material
-Lunar - Yes, a good mixture of ideology and pragmatism
-jfern - No, another partisan hack who'd be perfect for the 9th Circuit Court.
-bandit - See JFraud and BRTD
-Flyers - No, extreme abortion positions even for a pro-choicer
-Keystone Phil - Yes, good temperment. Better suited as a prosecutor.
-StatesRights - Possibly, a bit extreme on some issues.
-Jake - This Nazi?
-Al - Yes, the most suited of anyone to be a judge.
-migrendel - No, intelligent, but lost me with his defense of infanticide.
-nclib - No, feminist bitch and resident terrorist sympathizer.
-nickshepDEM - Yes, another person who'd make a fine judge.
-Sam Spade - Yes, Sam has shown himself to be an intelligent and pragmatic person.
-Harry - Yes, a fine person. Better suited as a legislator though.
-Ebowed - Possibly, excellent ideology, but better fit for a legislative position.
-John Ford - Yes, another person who'd make a fine judge.
-John Engle - Can he read?
-WMS - Yes, perfect judicial temperment.
-Lewis Trondheim - No, too extreme at times.
-KEmperor - No, I'd reject him for ideology and attitide.
-Bob - No, ideological to the extreme.
-angus - Yes Smiley
-Nym - Yes, doesn't seem like the activist type.
-Ernest - Yes, for intelligence alone.
-Peter Bell - Yes, though he is another who'd be willing to use belief over law at times.
-Mike Naso - Maybe as arbitrator for the Stow Youth Soccer League.
-phknrocket1k - No, extreme and ideological. Activist Judge
