You could make an argument that Thatcher was more right-wing than Reagan as well (The only issues Reagan was really to the right of Thatcher was because the US status quo on that issue was already much to the right of the UK even before Reagan/Thathcer took office).


On the other Hand Harper was to the right of UK Tory Leaders since then with the possible exception of Boris
