I beg to differ.  That list is egregious. 

First off, to think Benghazi was a bigger failure than 9/11, I can't imagine.  That's crazy, absolutely crazy.  I know that's common among Republicans because they're paranoid and need to believe Benghazi is a thing.  But, still.

IRS scandal?  Turned out not to be a scandal!  How can a scandal that turned out to be nothing be worse than the 9/11 intelligence failure or FEMA's failure during Katrina. 

Or what about the US Attorney scandal?  The Bush administration fired US attorneys because they didn't pursue trumped up political charges against democrats and like 15 people resigned including the AG.  How is that less of a scandal than Fast and Furious or the DOJ investigation of reporters?

I can only conclude this is a list produced by someone who has no idea what happened under George W. Bush.

The Bush scandals seem the most consequential. The FEMA underfunding, the Iraq War clustef*** and its consequences (including the numerous scandals of the now bloated VA department under both Bush and Obama; as well as Rumsfeld getting troops spiv armour, the military running riot (Abu Gharib etc.), literally losing billions of dollars and Bremer's hideously incompetent administration of the country) etc. all had very intense and disastrous impacts on real people and American global influence.

Remember being 'objective' isn't arbitrarily claiming both sides are equally bad. And while I certainly don't think obama's scandals are to be sniffed at (aside from Benghazi and the IRS 'scandals' of course) - F&F was hideous stupidity by the DoJ for example ; I don't think it's possible to look at the evidence and claim that the Bush administration was anything less than inordinately more corrupt and chaotic than Obama's.
