Market economic system - competition being narrowed to sole proprietorships and producer co-ops with workplace democracy. Most collectivized properties would be placed under the care of applicants by the state, and those management privileges in turn could only be revoked and reassigned under very specific circumstances owing to stringent constitutional provisions concerning property rights.

These categories only exist in the realm of social studies textbooks read by 4th graders. What academic ever utters the term "command economy"?

To be fair, it also appears in economics textbooks read by undergrads. The term isn't used much because there are few people beyond Marxist-Leninist circles who consider it a serious option, and most other folk who try to refer to it in conversation erroneously describe it the "socialist" or "communist" system.

It is a bit awkward though since corporations engage in economic planning. I guess it's all about context?
