Pics of Jim Gilmore and Scott Walker:

Anyway, I saw bits and pieces of the speeches by Cruz, Christie, and Huckabee.  I have to say, I still think Christie is really good at the "speaking somewhat like a normal person rather than a politician" and winning the "would like to have a beer with him" contest.  Despite his troubles, I would still not want to write him off as a major player for '16.

I saw Christie's speech as well and I agree. He has more potential than Mitt, maybe more than Jeb.

I haven't heard from Gilmore in ages. I'm impressed he's still seeking a political role after

I realized who Steve King reminds me of:

Yeah Gilmore is so Bush W. era. I disagreed with  some stuff he had to say. He just seemed so 1998 in his rhetoric at the event this weekend.
1997 was the last time he had a successful campaign so that would make sense.
