No, and stop being such a prude, Lief. Tongue

(I will admit to a slight bit of cranky DFW-esque Ludditism regarding our society's constant suckling at the teat of smartphones/electronic gadgetry in general, but the idea that a dating app is somehow particularly blameworthy or problematic in that context strikes me as obviously false.)

Hurrah! Cheesy

I'm not a big fan of Tinder but I also don't mind it that much. Never used it myself though. Did give my friend a job!

You don't mind people basically choosing who to chat with based solely on physical attractiveness?  Colored me shocked, Staf.

Yes it seems awful when you put it that way.

Also, don't tell me Lief is doing a Naso style hit and run here.

It's depressing that the site is getting more Tinder-ish. (AFAIK the OKCupid mobile app is virtually identical.)

What exactly does that mean?

I'm not bothered by any particular person using Tinder. I mean, do whatever you like. But I don't want it to become a fixture, a swipe stamping on a human face forever. Apparently it's extremely popular among undergraduates now? My younger brother started using it as a freshman.

Yikes!
