PSOE deserves at least some honorific mention.

Only if you eliminate the de facto no longer SD parties and even then they are better than PS and SPD.

I wouldn't say they are better than SPD or PS, looking at the pathetic spectacle PSOE leaders are performing as of late. On the other hand, I only said "honorific mention": PASOK deserves the award by far.

Pasok, Irish Labour and SLD are in the "de facto no longer SD" category.

No, far from it. There are a handful of obvious contenders with the choice made difficult by some doubt regarding whom to include under the SD label.
