We already established Oldies doesn't give a fyck about black people.

Or women, gays, or poors for that matter.

Oldies is the worst kind of person: bigoted, ignorant, and too stubborn to accept facts to change his views. Anytime he is challenged he hits up and digs through Google to reaffirm his confirmation bias. Hell, even things that are universally agreed upon across the spectrum (e.g. Obama getting credit for killing Bin Laden), he refuses to attribute.
What have I said or done to suggest that I don't care about blacks, women, gays, or poor people?  And as for confirmation bias, I feel like you do that when you ignore my info.  I see you citing sources like Wikipedia, the Huffington Post, the Daily Kos, and MSNBC.

You just straight up said that the #BlackLivesMatter movement was confirming stereotypes, like the onus is on the African-American community to disprove the stereotypes that white people created. Never mind the fact that you're once again saying that every member of the African-American community should act a certain way (especially when you're white as f**k like 99% of Atlas) - your attitude that African-Americans shouldn't "reinforce white racism by suggesting that all blacks are criminals" is racist in and of itself.

source: someone who suggested that an African-American was reinforcing white racism and got (rightfully) crucified for it

This thread is almost two years old, but I'd just like to reinforce that Oldies most likely doesn't hold any prejudices against black people, given that he is black himself.

Fantastic list you've compiled here! He truly is a great, great man. I'm gonna be such an emotional wreck on Clinton's inauguration day in two years when his term ends.
I can't even...

Passing health care reform - which had been a liberal cause for decades - is the crowning achievement.

The fact that Trump will keep most of it in place after campaigning against it is the icing on the cake.

Ok The two things I take the MOST issue with here are
1. Obamacare because my parents lost their insurance and its infuriating how insensitive democrats are about that. WE WERE LIED TO... My parents represent the very people continually ignored or villainized by the Democratic party....
2. HOW can you pretend the war in Iraq is ended? Withdrawing our troops just further destabilized there region... before you comment, I was against the Iraq war from the start, but once we commit we can't go back before the fight is complete otherwise we risk further conflict.
