I have no idea as to the Congressperson for each. I'd really need to see some maps, with at least some detail, for both the post-1950 redistricting and post-1980 redistricting. From what I can tell, in terms of current districts, I was born in what is currently CA-53 (CA-13 for my mom and OH-11 for my dad).
