I voted no, but sometimes it certainly is, especially the extreme left that seems to hate whites even when most of them are white.
Anti-racist itself is supported by many groups, so it is ridiculous to claim that it always is a code-word.
99.9998% of the time it isn't, so I voted no. But as long as there are still fringe black nationalists that abuse that word for their own gain and extreme self-hating tumblrites for the other .0001%.
But anyone I've heard actually use that sentence verbatim... well...HP is an understatement to describe them.
