I'm for Maddy personally.

As for the map:



Madeline (D-MA)/ Miles (I-VA): 366 EV
Duke (R-SC)/ Goldwater (R-WA): 172 EV

If she's taking in 56% of the vote  with things as polarized as they are... even with Miles as the Dixie ticket-splitter, ...it barely flips 2 Southern States and 2 border ones.

And if Goldwater is the opposite running mate, that cancels out any chances at the Mountain West

From the purely cultural standpoint that you portray, this would be an interesting decision for someone such as myself to make. Nevertheless, I'd probably have to go with Duke due to perceived governing style.
